Stainless-steel work

Strength, precision and coherence.

Every stainless-steel element on board must combine strength and precision with the lines of the yacht. We create bespoke components that meet functional, technical and aesthetic requirements.

Sartorial approachMeasurements, materials, finishes.

Bespoke fabrication, restoration and fitting coordinated around the yacht.

Bespoke fabrication

Every project starts with the yacht. Dimensions, clearances and fixing points are surveyed carefully to create well-proportioned, functional elements that integrate correctly with existing structures.

We fabricate stainless-steel exterior components, including frames for awnings, sprayhoods and other solutions on request. Each element is designed around its purpose and position on board.

Craft fabrication allows forms and details to be adapted to the yacht. Curves, welds, joints and finishes all contribute to a clean, durable result that is consistent with the project.

Polishing and restoration

The marine environment can leave its mark even on stainless-steel surfaces. Professional cleaning, polishing and restoration restore an even finish and shine while preserving appearance and function.

Every surface is assessed before work begins so that the most suitable treatment can be selected for its condition.

From survey to installation

We oversee every stage, from the on-board survey and fabrication through to testing and installation. This coordinated process keeps dimensions, details and compatibility with the yacht under control.

Our aim is to create long-lasting elements that are easy to use and perfectly integrated with the yacht’s profile.

Professional cleaning and sanitisation

Yacht interiors need a different approach from conventional spaces. Fine fabrics, delicate materials, confined areas, humidity and intensive use call for professional treatment tailored to each surface.

Prua al Sole works directly on board, providing deep cleaning, dry cleaning, stain removal and sanitisation. We select the most appropriate technique for each case to achieve the best technically possible result while respecting the materials.

Interior care and treatment

Every service begins with a preliminary assessment of the surfaces and materials. We examine fabric type, condition, level of soiling and any stains to identify the safest and most effective treatment.

We do not apply one cleaning method to every surface. Techniques, products and equipment are selected according to the material being treated.

  • Sofas and armchairs
  • Interior cushions
  • Mattresses
  • Carpets and textile surfaces
  • Interior curtains
  • Leather and delicate upholstery
  • Padded furnishings and other surfaces compatible with our treatment systems

Deep cleaning and extraction systems

Where the material allows, we use professional steam and injection-extraction systems. These work deep into the fibres to remove dirt, residue and contaminants accumulated during use or while the yacht is laid up.

Particular attention is paid to the most heavily used areas and to surfaces that tend to retain dirt deep within the fibres.

Dry cleaning for delicate surfaces

When water use must be limited or the material requires greater care, Prua al Sole can use dry-cleaning systems and professional foaming products.

This controlled technique is suitable for delicate carpets, sensitive upholstery and leather surfaces. It limits moisture while adapting the process to the specific material.

Dedicated products and procedures are used to clean and care for leather, which is never treated as an ordinary textile.

Having several methods available allows us to adapt the treatment to the material, never the material to the treatment.

Stain removal and fabric-specific treatment

Stain treatment is one of the most important stages of our work.

Before work begins, we assess the stain’s origin together with the material, colour and fibre condition, selecting products, concentrations and procedures suited to the surface.

When required, stain removal is carried out separately from general cleaning, targeting the areas most affected.

The aim is to achieve the best technically possible result without subjecting the material to unnecessarily aggressive treatment, preserving its appearance, feel and colour wherever possible.

Sanitisation and interior quality

Yacht interiors are particularly exposed to humidity, limited ventilation and the prolonged presence of textiles and padding in enclosed spaces.

Cleaning can therefore be complemented by professional sanitising and deodorising treatments applied to surfaces and, where appropriate, to the interior environment.

The result is more than visual: our aim is to return cleaner, fresher and better-cared-for interiors that are more pleasant to live in, tangibly improving how the yacht is experienced by the owner, guests and crew.

The Prua al Sole method

Every yacht is treated as a project in its own right.

Material analysis → technique selection → pre-treatment and stain removal → deep or dry cleaning → extraction where appropriate → sanitisation → final inspection.

By combining injection-extraction, steam, dry cleaning, foaming products and specialist treatments, we can build each service around the yacht’s real requirements.

More than simple cleaning: a professional treatment dedicated to caring for, restoring and enhancing on-board interiors.

Visualisation and design

Giving shape to ideas.

Through visual simulation, we turn ideas, materials and colours into images that anticipate the appearance of spaces on board.

Giving shape to ideas

We begin with a photograph of the yacht and edit it to visualise upholstery, fabrics, colours and finishes.

The image is illustrative: it is not produced to scale and does not replace a technical drawing. Its purpose is to provide an overall impression and support aesthetic decisions.

Interiors and exteriors

For interiors, we can simulate cushions, upholstery, carpets and curtains. For exteriors, we show covers and textile solutions in the context of the yacht.

Comparing alternatives

Visualisation makes it possible to compare materials and combinations before production. The image reveals the overall effect, while physical samples allow colour, texture and feel to be assessed.

From vision to reality

Once the solution has been defined, we proceed with the survey, material selection and bespoke production.

Prua al Sole follows the project from the first visual proposal through to on-board installation.

Embroidery and customisation

Details that make every element distinctive.

Through embroidery and bespoke detailing, we turn fabrics and accessories into elements coordinated with the yacht’s name, style and identity.

Bespoke details

We embroider names, logos, initials, monograms and decorative motifs on fabrics intended for the yacht’s interior and exterior spaces.

Every custom detail is developed around its dimensions, position, colours and the characteristics of the base material. The aim is a balanced, legible result that feels integral to the finished piece.

The yacht’s identity

The yacht’s name or emblem can become a distinctive motif repeated across different on-board spaces. From a single item to a coordinated textile collection, we create custom details that reinforce the yacht’s identity.

Every detail is considered as part of the whole, avoiding isolated applications with no relationship to the project.

From idea to embroidery

We can begin with a file, an image or simply an idea. We assess the material to be customised and agree the position, dimensions and colours before production.

The result is a made-to-measure detail designed to bring character and coherence to the yacht’s interiors.
