Can I ask for a first evaluation by sending photos?+
Yes. Photos and details help to understand the context; to define measures, construction and installation can be necessary a on-board survey.
How are the materials chosen?+
The choice is addressed together, considering intended use, placement, desired finish and maintenance. Technical properties are checked on the selected material tabs.
Is the survey always necessary?+
Depends on the type of intervention. For bespoke work and installation on board the survey is often an essential phase; conditions and area of the inspection will be confirmed in the estimate.
Is it possible to repair instead of replace?+
Before proposing a solution is evaluated the state of the artifact. If the recovery is sensible, the intervention is discussed transparently.
